One unforeseen change in my schedule, trapped me longer than imagined as a guest “a casa di Fuchs”. Some old friends joined, not too far we hit a high quality mountain rifugio alpino: perfect orzo and fagioli, followed by exquisite polenta and goulash and polenta and deer. All with Merlot from Spessa di Cividale.
Today, some dieting.
